More prize winners to be announced later today

CHARLESTON, WV – Gov. Jim Justice today announced the winners of 25 incredible prizes through his “Do it for Babydog: Round 2” vaccination sweepstakes.
The Governor and Babydog surprised Ashley Dingess of Jeffrey, Connor Reece of Hurricane, and Karlee Baisden of Charleston, visiting each of their schools to announce that they had each won a full four-year scholarship to any public college or university
in the state, including room and board, tuition, and books; a prize valued at over $100,000.
Katelyn Lambert of Harrisville and Joseph Littlepage of Point Pleasant were also announced as scholarship winners today.
On Friday, Gov. Justice announced that SSgt Michael Beall – a firefighter with the West Virginia Air National Guard’s 167th Airlift Wing in Martinsburg and the Martinsburg VA Medical Center – had won a new Corvette through the Babydog sweepstakes.
Additional winners were announced today for prizes including a custom boat, a dream wedding valued at $150,000, free gas for 10 years, premium ATVs, top-of-the-line zero-turn lawn mowers, WVU and Marshall University football or basketball season ticket packages, and season passes to West Virginia ski resorts.
Today marks the sixth and final week of prize giveaways as part of “Do it for Babydog: Round 2.”

Although registration for “Do it for Babydog: Round 2” is now closed, Gov. Justice continues to urge all West Virginians to get vaccinated.
All West Virginians considering vaccination are encouraged to visit Vaccinate.wv.gov or call the WV Vaccine Info Line: 1-833-734-0965.
The info line is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
