BELVA, W.Va. – Governor Patrick Morrisey provided an update after a visit to the Rolling Thunder Mine in Nicholas County.
Early this morning, a rescue team located the body of Steve Lipscomb, who had gone missing when the underground mine flooded on Saturday, November 8, 2025.
