CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The Judicial Vacancy Advisory Commission is accepting applications to fill a vacancy on the Seventh Judicial Circuit (Putnam County) following the retirement of Judge Mark A. Sorsaia, effective today, July 31, 2026.
