CHARLESTON, W.Va. – Governor Patrick Morrisey announced he appointed W.E. “Sam” Fox II to the 15th Circuit Court in Fayette County to fill the vacancy left by Justice Thomas Ewing.
Sam Fox has been a partner at Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso, PLLC, since 1995. He is a member of the West Virginia Wesleyan College Board of Trustees and an adjunct professor at the University of Charleston. Fox has tried approximately 35 cases to verdict in state and federal courts throughout West Virginia and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America. He is a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College and West Virginia University College of Law.
