Gov. Justice orders all U.S. and State flags to be flown at half-staff on Saturday, December 7, in honor of National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day

​ CHARLESTON, WV — Gov. Jim Justice has issued a proclamation ordering that all United States and West Virginia flags on all State-owned facilities be displayed at half-staff from dawn to dusk on Saturday, December 7, 2024, to honor the servicemen and servicewomen who died and were wounded as a result of the attack on U.S. military forces in Hawaii.  Click here to view Gov. Justice said. “Their courage, even in the face of an unexpected attack, shows us what true sacrifice looks like.
