CHARLESTON, WV – Gov. Jim Justice has issued a proclamation, ordering all United States and West Virginia flags to be flown at half-staff until sunset on Monday, October 30, 2023, as a mark of respect for the victims of the senseless acts of violence perpetrated on October 25, 2023, in Lewiston, Maine, in accordance with the Presidential Proclamation issued.  View the proclamation on the Governor's website Share Tweet Forward
