CHARLESTON, WV – Today, Gov. Jim Justice appointed Kathie Hess Crouse of Buffalo to the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing the 13th District. The district covers parts of Putnam, Jackson, and Mason counties.

“I’m incredibly honored to appoint Kathie today and I know she is going to do a great job representing the people of the 13th District,” Gov. Justice said.
Hess Crouse fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Josh Higginbotham earlier this month and will serve the remainder of the unexpired term.
