Gov. Justice to deliver State of the State Address Wednesday night

CHARLESTON, WV – Gov. Jim Justice will deliver his fourth State of the State Address to a joint session of the West Virginia Legislature in the House of Delegates chamber, Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2020, at 7 p.m.
