CHARLESTON, WV – Today Gov. Jim Justice attended The Martin Luther King, Jr. State Holiday Commission’s Bell-Ringing for Peace Ceremony hosted by the Herbert Henderson Office of Minority Affairs at the West Virginia State Capitol.
The Governor was joined by Senator Shelley Moore Capito, Senator Joe Manchin, President of the West Virginia Senate Mitch Carmichael, and Chairwoman of the Martin Luther King, Jr. State Holiday Commission and Executive Director of the Herbert Henderson Office of Minority Affairs Jill Upson.
