The governor updated attendees on the following work, completed in Marshall County between April 24, 2019 and May 19, 2019:
- 203 road miles — ditching, blading, etc.
- 469 feet — pipe culverts and ditchline obstacles
- 166 tons — patching and related maintenance
- 4,283 tons — stabilization
- 21 acres — herbicides and machine brush control
- 32 shoulder miles — pull shoulders or ditches
“You’re really good people,” Gov. Justice said. “You don’t deserve to be tearing your vehicles all to pieces.”
