CHARLESTON, WV – Gov. Jim Justice spoke to the West Virginia Association of Counties on Monday.
A key focus of his speech was his support for repealing the business and inventory tax in the Mountain State.
He also spoke in support of legislation that would allow counties to enact pay raises for county officials rather than having that controlled by the Legislature.
“You know what your county can afford and you know what’s best,” Gov. Justice said.
