CHARLESTON, WV – Gov. Jim Justice spoke Tuesday at the 2019 Arts in Our Communities Conference at the Culture Center.
He emphasized his commitment to arts programs in West Virginia and highlighted their economic impact.
“For every dollar we invest and spend on the arts, it absolutely returns us $10 back,” Gov. Justice said.
