CHARLESTON, WV – Gov. Jim Justice today issued a proclamation in accordance with the Presidential proclamation ordering that all United States and West Virginia State flags on all State-owned facilities throughout the state be displayed at half-staff IMMEDIATELY until sunset on Tuesday, June 4, 2019, in honor of the victims of the tragedy that took place in Virginia Beach, VA on Friday, May 31, 2019.
