Gov. Justice orders U.S. and State Flags to be flown at half-staff on Saturday, Dec. 28, in remembrance of former Del. Ken Legg

​CHARLESTON, WV – Gov. Jim Justice has issued a proclamation ordering all United States and West Virginia State Flags at the Capitol Complex and all state-owned facilities in Fayette County be displayed at half-staff, from dawn to dusk on Saturday, Dec. 28, 2019, in commemoration of the distinguished life and service of former West Virginia Delegate Kenneth Cameron Legg.

Mr. Legg, a native West Virginian and resident of Kanawha County, was a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates' 54th Session from 1959-1960.
