CHARLESTON, WV – Gov. Jim Justice issued a proclamation today calling for the West Virginia Legislature to convene in special session to focus on education betterment. The special session call allows the Legislature to consider and act upon matters relating generally to improving, modifying, and making efficiencies to the state's public education system and employee compensation.
