Gov. Justice appoints Capito to WVU Board of Governors

CHARLESTON, WV – Today Gov. Jim Justice announced that he has appointed Charles L. Capito Jr. of Charleston to the West Virginia University Board of Governors.
Capito, who is the Managing Director and Complex Manager for the Wells Fargo Advisors office in Charleston, replaces Thomas Flaherty on the Board of Governors and his term will run through June 30, 2022. Flaherty’s term expired June 30, 2018, and he was not eligible for reappointment.
