Gov. Justice appoints Bartlett to 39th District seat in House of Delegates


CHARLESTON, WV – Today, Gov. Jim Justice appointed T. Kevan Bartlett of Sissonville to the West Virginia House of Delegates representing the 39th District.

He fills the vacancy created by the recent passing of Delegate Sharon Lewis ​Malcolm.

Bartlett is the senior pastor of the Maranatha Baptist Church in Sissonville.

He and his wife Linda reside in Sissonville and are the parents of two adult sons. They have eight grandchildren​.​​​
