Governor Justice Orders United States and West Virginia State Flags at half-staff from dawn until sunset on Friday, March 2, 2018.

​Governor Jim Justice has issued a proclamation in accordance with the Presidential proclamation ordering that all United States and West Virginia State flags on All State-owned facilities throughout the state be displayed at half-staff from dawn until sunset on Friday, March 2, 2018 as a mark of respect in memory of the Reverend Billy Graham.​
