Governor, First Lady issue statement on death of coal miner from Barbour County

​CHARLESTON, WV - Governor Jim and First Lady Cathy Justice issued the following statement today after learning of the death of a coal miner from Barbour County. The incident took place at a mine in Randolph County on Tuesday, June 5, 2018.

"West Virginia has lost one of our coal miners and we are deeply saddened and heartbroken upon learning the news. Please join us as we pray for all of the family, friends and loved ones of Ronald R. Taylor of Belington."​​​
