Gov. Justice receives letter of resignation from Supreme Court Justice Allen Loughry

​CHARLESTON, WV – Today Gov. Jim Justice received and accepted a letter from West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals Justice Allen Loughry indicating that he is resigning from the court effective at the close of business on Monday, November 12, 2018.
