Gov. Justice orders all flags to be flown at half staff in honor of Texas shooting victims

CHARLESTON, WV - Gov. Jim Justice is issuing a proclamation in accordance with President Donald J. Trump's proclamation ordering that all United States and West Virginia State flags on All State-owned facilities throughout the state be displayed at half-staff IMMEDIATELY until sunset on May 22, 2018, honoring the shooting victims in Santa Fe, Texas.​
