CHARLESTON, WV - Today, Gov. Jim Justice appointed Tom Azinger of Vienna to the House of Delegates, District 10. Azinger fills the seat previously held by Del. Frank Deem who passed away earlier this month.
Azinger previously served 10 consecutive terms in the House running from 1995-2015. |
