Gov. Justice Appoints Redding as 23rd Circuit Court Judge

CHARLESTON, WV – Today Gov. Jim Justice has appointed R. Steven Redding of Berkeley County as Circuit Judge of the 23rd Judicial Circuit. Redding fills the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Gray Silver III.
Redding and his wife Kristie reside in Martinsburg. They have six grown children and two grandchildren.
