Gov. Justice appoints Greear as 13th Judicial Circuit Court Judge

Fills vacancy created by retirement of Judge James Stucky
CHARLESTON, WV – Gov. Jim Justice announced today that has appointed Daniel W. Greear to the 13th Judicial Circuit Court. Greear fills a vacancy created by the retirement of Judge James Stucky.
 
Greear, who most recently served as Chief of Staff for House of Delegates Speaker Tim Armstead, resides in Kanawha County with his wife Amy, and two sons, Josh, who just completed his first year at the United States Naval Academy; and Ben, who will be a high school senior this fall at Cross Lanes Christian School.​
