CHARLESTON, WV – Gov. Jim Justice on Tuesday praised President Donald J. Trump’s nominee to the United States Supreme Court.
“President Trump has made a great choice in Judge Kavanaugh to fill Justice Kennedy’s vacancy on the Court,” Gov. Justice said. “He has kept his promise to the American people and appointed another conservative judge who will uphold our Constitution and not decide the law based upon personal policy preferences. I strongly encourage Senator Shelley Moore Capito and Senator Joe Manchin to vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh.”
