Gov. Jim Justice today issued a proclamation in accordance with the Presidential proclamation ordering that all United States and West Virginia State flags on all State-owned facilities throughout the state be displayed at half-staff on Tuesday, May 15, 2018, from dawn to dusk, in honor of Peace Officers Memorial Day.
