Justice Appoints Roth To Family Court

Jeffrey Roth will serve as Family Court judge of the 25th Family Judicial Circuit​


CHARLESTON, WV - Following the resignation of the Honorable Amanda H. See, Governor Jim Justice announced that he has appointed Jeffrey R. Roth to serve as the Family Court Judge of 25th Family Judicial Circuit.

Roth currently resides Petersburg, West Virginia. He's been practicing law in West Virginia since 1995. Jeffrey Roth served as the Prosecuting Attorney in Grant County from 2012 to 2016.

"Jeffrey Roth has admirably served the people of Grant County well and will continue to serve West Virginia families from the bench," said Governor Jim Justice. "He's been active trying to make a difference in his community and has a real passion for the law. I know he'll do right by the people."
