Gov. Jim Justice Order Flags to be Flown at Half-Staff on Monday, November 6, 2017

Charleston, WV - Gov. Jim Justice has issued a proclamation in accordance with the Presidential Proclamation ordering all U.S. and state flags on all state-owned facilities throughout West Virginia to be displayed at half-staff immediately until sunset on Thursday, November 9, 2017 as a sign of respect for the victims in Texas.
