Gov. Justice signs special session bills

CHARLESTON, WV – Gov. Jim Justice today signed a total of 40 bills that were passed during the recent special legislative session, called by Gov. Justice on October 8, 2021.

Among the bills signed were three related to the decennial redistricting of the House of Delegates and State Senate and the decennial apportionment of representatives of the United States House of Repre​sentatives.

Also signed was HB 335 relating to COVID-19 immunizations requirements for employment in the public and private sectors.
