CHARLESTON, WV – Gov. Jim Justice
announced today that he has appointed D.R. “Buck” Jennings of Thornton to
the House of Delegates 53rd District seat filling a vacancy
created last month following the passing of the Honorable Tony Lewis. Jennings is president of Jennings Legacy Builders and is married to his
wife of 47 years, Evelyn. They have three children, three grandchildren
and one great-grandchild. He is a longtime member of the Fellowsville Fire Department and is a
paramedic and EMT instructor with RESA.
